The 56th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for the following: The Human Performance Optimization Research Team (HPORT) consists of one part-time Lead Research Analysist and one full-time Research Analyst Assistant. The contractor employees shall provide Advisory and Assistance services to assist the 56 FW HPT in HPT data management, generating human performance (HP) curriculum, creating study designs, obtaining IRB or other necessary approval to conduct studies, and with interpretation and presentation of study findings. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for the full description of services and program requirements. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. Period of Performance: 10 Sep 2022 – 9 Sep 2023 (with the ability to exercise two Option Years) System for Award Management (SAM) registration is required to receive any award.
