This amendment will also update the performance work statement, add a Question and Answer document, add wash checklists for the F-16 & F-35, update and add applicable FAR and DFARS clauses, modify the evaluation criteria, add the Luke AFB Environmental Guide for Contractors, update the CLIN quantity per aircraft type, and add a CLIN for overtime.
