The 56th Contracting Squadron at Luke AFB is looking to acquire a NetApp FAS2720A 12x10TB HDD Hybrid Flash Storage System and the items listed below: Technical Support Service: NetApp's SupportEdge Advisor (3 years) Add-Ons: NetApp's 4HR Parts Replacement Upgrade, NetApp's Advisor Plus, NetApp's Non-Returnable Disk Drive Updgrade, and NetApp's Protect for Government Upgrade Installation: NetApp's Standard Deployment Items that are equal to the requirements above will be considered. The requested file server will solely be an off-site secondary/backup for Luke AFB's primary server which is a NetApp branded machine. In accordance with AFI 33-322, records are serviceable if the system and filing procedures provide timely search and retrieval, and ease of update with an adequate audit trail. Due to this Air Force regulation it is vital that any proposed file server that is not NetApp branded must not have synchronization/compatibility issues with NetApp's server. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Point of Contact no later than 29 August 2022 by 4:00 PM PDT. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Questions must be submitted on the RFI Log attached to this solicitation notice. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST be emailed to the Point of Contact listed below. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 1 September 2022 by 4:00 PM PDT.
