The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Laundry Service as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified as Government furnished property and service at Luke AFB, Arizona. Attachment 4, fee schedule has been updated as well with four additional tabs to clarify that a five year pricing requirement is required to be submitted and not one year as might be interpreted by only providing one fee schedule. Please ensure amendment is signed and submitted with the proposal. Rev 1 of the fee schedule has been posted due to errors in the formulas.
