All other terms and conditions remain the same. 56 CONS at Luke AFB, Arizona is seeking to replace the 56MDG's Facility Access Control Program, ID Badge Card Reader System, and Provide Maintenance IAW the attached Statement of Work. An optional site visit for this RFQ will be taking place on Tuesday, 9 August 2022, at 2:00 PM Arizona Local Time at the installation site. Luke AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangements with the 56 Contracting Squadron to be vouched onto the installation. It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base. Confirmation of attendance must be submitted to the Point of Contact no later than Monday, 8 August 2022, at 4:00 PM Arizona Local Time. Further instructions on attending the site visit will be given after confirming attendance. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the Point of Contact no later than 11 August 2022 by 3:00 PM PDT. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Questions must be submitted on the RFI Log attached to this solicitation notice. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST be emailed to the Point of Contact listed below. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 15 August 2022 by 4:00 PM PDT.
