Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST be emailed to the point of contact listed below. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 12 August 2022 by 4:00 PM PDT. **Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
