This is a Brand Name acquisition. Please see the attached Single Source Justification document for more details. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST be emailed to the point of contact listed below. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 12 August 2022 by 4:00 PM PDT.
