RFI Log A concern discussed at the site visit was the distance of the cameras from the Comm room and if switches would be an acceptable solution to any potential connection issues brought upon by that distance. While not required, switches may be included as an option on quotes that are submitted in response to this solicitation. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quote date/time to Tuesday, 9 August 2022 at 4:00 PM PDT. An optional site visit for this RFQ will be taking place on Tuesday, 26 July 2022, at 9:00 AM Arizona Local Time at the installation site. Luke AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid ID. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must make arrangements with the 56 Contracting Squadron to be vouched onto the installation. It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base. Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) MUST be emailed to the point of contact listed below. Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree to all instructions and procedures described herein. Quotes are due no later than 9 August 2022 by 4:00 PM PDT. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted to the primary point of contact listed below no later than 2 August 2022 by 2:00 PM PDT. Questions submitted past this deadline may not be considered for response. Questions must be submitted on the RFI Log attached to this solicitation notice.
