The 56th Contracting Squadron is looking to replace C3-150 Wastewater Disinfection System UV lamps. This request for quotes is for the repair by replacing C3-150 Wastewater Disinfection System UV lamps for the Wastewater Treatment Plant. All work to be performed should be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work which is attached to this RFQ. All vendors shall review all attachments prior to submission of quotes to ensure a clear understanding of the requirement. A site visit will occur on 2 March 2022 at 0900 MST on Luke AFB, AZ 85309. There is a maximum of 2 attendees per company. You must confirm attendance and the individuals who will represent your company via email to Richard.Jimenez.11@us.af.mil by 1 March 2022 at 14:00 MST. Upon confirmation of attendance, you will receive further instructions for the site visit and base access.
