The 56th Contracting Squadron is soliciting for the following: Patchbox Cable Management Equipment This procurement is set-aside as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Delivery Lead Time: 30 Calendar Days ARO System for Award Management (SAM) resistration is required to receive any award. Contractors cab register electronically at https://sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334210, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All questions regarding this notice are to be submitted in writing via e-mail No Later Than 2 September 2021, at 4:00 PM Arizona Local Time (MST). Questions submitted after the specified response date/time may not be considered. All questions submitted to this office are subjected to be posted in this notice along with the appropriate response(s). Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
