Amendment 0001: This amendment is to remove the requirement that requires contractors to possess a Approval to Operate in a DoD Special Access Facility (SAPF) prior to quote submission. This amendment allows those vendors who do not already possess an ATO to quote on this solicitation so long as they know that if awarded they must acquire one. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~BREAL~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The 56th Contracting Squadron is looking for potential contractors who can provide a Flight Simulator Eye tracking Software with Cognitive Load Management for current F-16 Flight Simulators. We are looking for a complete eye tracking system that is capable of providing the data needed to design and create simulator profiles that will decrease students cognitive load during their simulator sessions, improve required training events, accelerate training task mastery, and significantly improve learning outcomes. Additionally, it is imperative that the contractor have an Approval to Operate (ATO) in a DoD Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) in effect at time of quote submission in order to avoid the risk of any delays associated with acquiring the clearance or risk that the clearance cannot be obtained for any reason. Additionally, all hardware and software components involved in the proposal must also meet facility clearance requirements as required by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and be compliant with NISP protocol prior to quote submission. Please see the attached Statement of Objectives for more information regarding this software as well as the attached RFI Question Clarification document in response to questions posted during our sources sought.
