Funds are not currently certified for this requirement until FY22. The government's obligation under this solicitation and resulting contract is contingent upon the availibility of funds and award will only be made if funds are received. No site visit will be scheduled for this requirement. All questions concerning this solicitation are due by close of business, 30 August 2021.
