All work will meet the specified standards and be performed by craftsmen skilled in the applicable trade. Contractor shall guarantee the installation materials to be in accordance with manufacturer specifications and completely guaranteed for a period of 5 years. The contractor is responsible for preparing the site prior to the start of work. Contractor shall leave the area in a clean state at completion of project. The contractor must meet all certifications and appropriate federal and state regulatory requirements. The contractor shall follow existing security procedures and instructions applicable to Luke AFB, AZ. The contractor shall conform to all safety requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for the physical security of all materials, supplies and equipment, including property that he or she is utilizing.
