The 56th Medical Group requires a service maintenance agreement supporting their OrthoScan FD with Over-Rotation Mini C-Arm, Serial Number 5L0197 located in the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Radiology department at Luke Air Force Base Hospital. OrthoScan is the sole provider for the OrthoScan C-Arms in the United states. Only OrthoScan trained Field Service Engineers with a current service key can work on the equipment and there are no other authorized companies.
