The contractor shall provide a full service HVAC chemical water treatment program, including ancillary equipment cleaning service, and all management, labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation, and tools necessary to maintain, service, calibrate, and repair equipment identified herein and in accordance with the most recent publication of ASHRAE Standards. The systems to be treated, serviced, and cleaned consist of open and closed loop cooling/condenser water systems, open and closed loop chilled water systems, and closed-loop hot water systems.
