The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the software upgrade maintenance for Luke AFB post office, and four option years as described in the attached solicitation. This requirement is set-aside for Small Businesses and will require certification of provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 as listed in the soliciation.
