Telecommunication grounding in multiple facilities on Luke AFB, AZ The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, supplies, transportation, labor, supervision, management, and other incidentals necessary to meet the requirements as stated in this SOO. All equipment, supplies, and materials provided shall be new and not refurbished. The Contractor shall provide a turn-key solution to ensure all the TR/TCs are appropriately grounded and bonded per TIA 607-B. Please see the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) for additional details. Contractors must create a Contractor Statement of Work (CSOW) in accordance with the SOO and submit it with their quote.
