This well has been disassembled, cleaned, and the condition of the equipment and materials evaluated under a previous project. The purpose of this project is to repair and replace equipment and materials, and reassemble the well. At the end of this project Well #12 will be a functioning well again. This solicitation has been ammmended to include a MFR establishing a site visit scheduled for 9 July.
