The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4887-19-Q-A036 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for Chapel - Catholic Auxiliary Priest, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB AZ, intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced contract. All services are to be performed in strict accordance with the attached PWS. This requirement will be a small business set-aside (100%).
