This amendment is uploading a revised copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 7 July 2022. This revised PWS gets rid of requirement of providing the Quality Control Plan (QPC) within 30 days of contract award in accordance with paragraph 2.11.1. The QPC is required at time of bidding. Attached to this is also the Questions and Answers. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA488522QS016 in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2022-05) as of 07 March 2022. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, Defense Federal Regulation Public Notice 20211030, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-0726. Due to the overseas location of this requirement, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b). The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 485999. The Contractor must provide all management and labor necessary to provide transportation and a vehicle motor pool storage lot in support of the U.S. Military Training Mission (USMTM), and vehicle fleet. in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 26 June 2022, Attachment 1.
