The 12th Air Force requires the purchase, installation, programming, and testing of Honeywell-Vindicator Integrated Access Control components to enable electronic card access. This is a Total Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside procurement. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for March 17, 2026, with a deadline of March 16, 2026, to request base access. The work location is specified, as a map to Building 70 is provided. Questions from potential bidders must be submitted by March 18, 2026.

This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research to identify capable Women-Owned Small Businesses under NAICS 561621. The requirement is for the purchase, installation, programming, and testing of Honeywell-Vindicator Integrated Access Control components as a subsystem to an existing Intrusion Detection System. Responses from interested and capable contractors are due by 10 March 2026 at 1:00 PM MDT. The Government will use the responses for planning and may ask follow-up questions based on proprietary submissions. This is not a commitment, and the Government will not pay for any information submitted.
