This is a total small business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price contract to manufacture and deliver a C-130 Isochronal Stand System for Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The procurement includes base line items (inner/outer wing stands, propeller stands, and stabilizer stands) and option line items (cargo door stand, fuselage stands, and an aircraft entry platform). Offers must be submitted in two parts: a technical capability narrative (limited to 10 pages) and a price schedule (limited to 3 pages), with pricing remaining valid until 30 September 2026. Award will be based on best value using tradeoff procedures, where technical capability is rated as acceptable/unacceptable and is more significant than price. The government reserves the right to make single, multiple, or no awards.
