This is an accelerated notice; It is anticipated that the need may be required on the same day as the award. 11 ATF is soliciting for an estimated 7,800 gallons of Diesel Fuel, to be delivered to location near Saipan International Airport over 25-day period. Deliveries will typically be below 300 gallons per delivery at prearranged locations and at two times, 0900 and 2100hrs. Vendor must bring the necessary fuel nozzle no larger than 2 inches in diameter for fuel transfer to designated equptement. Vendor must be able to travel to delivery location and have permission to conduct fuel issue operations. Unit also reserves the ability to adjust/cancel delivery ahead of time if fuel is not required. Vendor must be able to deliver fuel to generators that are off of paved roads. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. This is an accelerated notice; to ensure we receive the request in time, this solicitation timeline will be no later than 24hrs after posting. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments. All quotes shall be submitted no later than 1:00pm 13 July 2025 LOCAL TIME or the latest issued amendment.
