Amendment 01 - Purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers and update the PWS in accordance with the questions and answers as needed. The 11 Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS) is seeking Food Meal services/to-go meals in accordance with Performance work Statement (PWS) for personnel working in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Any interested vendor must provide documentation of technical expertise and capability, it must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine an interested vendor possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, and experience to meet technical acceptability. Additionally, documentation of proposed meal(s) (Menus, literature, etc.) must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that quoted item(s) can meet technical acceptability.
