Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to publish Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Waste Management Services Rev 2, Performance Work Statement Rev 2 dated 30 May 25 and Proposed Site Plan Amendment 0001 - The puporse of this amendment is to input correct NACIS code for this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (NAICS 562991), publish Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Waste Management Services Rev 1 and Performance Work Statement Rev 1 dated 30 May 25. The 11th Combat Air Base Squadron (CABS), is seeking Waste Management Services in accordance with the ‘Performance Work Statement’ at Attachment 2. Any interested vendor must provide documentation of technical expertise and capability, it must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine an interested vendor possesses the necessary functional area expertise, certification, and experience to meet technical acceptability. Additionally, documentation of proposed item(s) (manuals, specifications literature, etc.) must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that quoted item(s) can meet technical acceptability. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
