This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA487725QA496 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 effective 11 June 2025. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to effective 17 January 2025. The DAFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DAFAC 2023-0707 effective 16 October 2024. iv. This is under Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. v. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. vi.
