The purpose of this synopsis is to notify small businesses that the 355th Contracting Squadron will be solicitating a requirement as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Set Aside under NAICS 561920 for Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. Description of services include but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, food, personnel, child-care, management, and supervision necessary to provide event planning services in support of a variety of events for units at Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), AZ. No later than 14 days prior to event start, the contractor(s) shall coordinate and communicate with the event POC(s) regarding organization and execution of the event; and including, but not limited to room assignments, food, event signage, childcare, precheck in, and other event-specific details. The oral solicitation is expected to be sent out on 17 January 2025 but is subject to change. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation will be available in the oral solicitaion email. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring their email for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract awrad, offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
