The Davis-Monthan AFB Rescue Squadron Community (DMAFB-RQSC) has a requirement for the rental of water vessels with supporting crew to facilitate their pararescue maritime training exercises.The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to support open water Pararescue and Guardian Angel support services in support of the DMAFB-RQSC. The contractor shall provide crew and support staff in order to meet all training requirements and to support all logistical requirements during extended training scenarios. The contractor shall provide two (2) crew boats with an option of one (1) extra crew boat. The contractor shall also provide one (1) barge with supporting tugboat for the use of transporting govt equipment and/or personnel. Please see attachments for more details regarding this requirement.
