The purpose of this synopsis is to notify small businesses that the 355th Contracting Squadron will be soliciting a requirement as a total small business set aside under NAICS 236210 for the 610th CACS for operations, maintenance, and repair services noncommercial service contract that includes, but not limited to, Hardness Maintenance / Hardness Surveillance, Facility Related Control Systems, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, emergency power systems including generators, paralleling switchgear, automatic transfer switches and Uninterruptable Power Supplies, electrical, fire alarm/suppression/mass notification, structural, alarms, roofing maintenance and repair, and work request management. The solicitation is expected to be posted 10 July 2024 but is subject to change.
