The 355TH Civil Engineering Squadron is requesting a one-time service to conduct a full cleaning of ductwork to include supply and return registers, all blower motors, assembly fans leading from outside HVAC unit in Bldg. 2300 on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. This service also includes the replacement of air filters as well. Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement for the description of services and standards (Period of Performance for completion of services) and the Specification Characteristics for a layout of the building. Quotes submitted must contain your company's letterhead, contact information, a detailed price breakdown with total price, and SAM information (UEI and Cage). Quotes submitted must be valid for one month from time of submittal. Please fill out or check the applicable boxes required for your company for 52.212-3 and its Alternate in the attached Provisions and Clauses and submit along with your quote to the primary point of contact by email. Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for evaluation criteria, important dates and times, and other important information pertaining to this contract.
