The 355th Contracting Squadron is requesting a furniture moving service to transport items at building 1540 located on Davis-Monthan Air Force Base (DMAFB). The contractor shall provide all tools, materials, supplies, and equipment transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to perform moving services, at building 1540 to storage boxes, to the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO), and potential disposal at DMAFB, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, permits, and commercial practices. (See Appendix 1 for estimated items by room number). The contractor shall submit a schedule of each phase of the work and shall move/assemble all items that need to be moved to building 632. For additional information please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Important Dates (All times are Arizona Local Time) a. Site Visit will be held on 14 August 2024, 10:00AM b. All questions must be submitted by 16 August 2024, 12:00PM c. Answers will be provided by 20 August 2024, 12:00PM d. All quotes must be submitted by 28 August 2024, 12:00PM Site Visit Procedures To gain access to the installation, all site visit attendees must bring current driver's license idenfitifcation, current vehicle registration, current vehicle insurance, and personel social security number. Failure to meet or provide any of the items above shall result in the denial of installtion access and rechedule requests shall be denied. Site visit attendees shall meet at the DMAFB Visitors Center outside of the Craycroft Road gate a 0930 in a non-commercial vehicle.
