No other changes unless expressly stated otherwise herein. ----------------------------------------------------- End of Amendment #1 Replacing the six older factory Mercury outboard boat engines with newer Factory Mercury outboard engines. Replacing (2017) 300hp Mercury Verado with (2024) 300hp Mercury Verado. Engines are getting worn and unreliable.
