This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-23-Q-A178 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 effective 16 March 2023, Defense Procurement Notice 20230301, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2023-0301 effective 1 March 2023. iv. This is a woman owned small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 with a small business size standard of $20,000,000.00 average annual revenue. v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001 – Resiliency Retreat (see attached PWS for more details) vi. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the service. vii.
