The control point is a specified location where the event organizer, or a designated representative, or an air boss manages the aviation event. The control point must have a communication system with the capability necessary to control the aviation event and the invited assembly of persons. In order to meet the control point requirement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and the other items and services to provide a PA quality sound system. The contractor shall perform duties during the arrival and practice show on Friday 24 March 2023 and during the public air show on 25-26 March 2023.
