This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 effective 10 August 2022, Defense Procurement Notice 20220623, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2022-0722 effective 01 July 2022. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 339113with a size standard of 750 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. *Please see attached provisions and clauses referenced for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
