COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION: Mobile Trailer Lease & Generator Rental This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487721QA172 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 30 Jan 22, DFARS Change 18 Mar 22 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 effective 26 July 2021. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 531120 with a small business size standard of $30M average annual revenue. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement: CLIN 0001 – Mobile Office Trailer – QTY: 1 – Unit of Measure: Lot 1 (20’x10’) mobile office at Taxiway Charlie location (delivery by no later than 28 Apr) 1 (20’x10’) mobile office at King Ramp location (delivery by no later than 3 May) 1 (20’x10’) mobile office at Whiskey Ramp location (delivery by no later than 3 May) CLIN 0002 – Generators – QTY: 1 – Unit of Measure: Lot Three (3) generators in accordance with PWS: Generator Size: 30 kw (or 30 kva) Voltage: 220V Disconnect: 125 Amp Minimum Wire Size: Sufficient to carry minimum ampacity as required by local building codes. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Contractor shall include delivery schedule information with their quote. Every attempt must be made for all deliveries to occur no later than 8:00 am Arizona Local Time on 28 April 2022, and coordinated with the designated Government point of contact. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s proposed plan for meeting the standards set forth in the Performance Works Statement. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 22 April 2022, 3:00 pm Arizona Local Time. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) Answers will be provided by 22 April 2022, 5:00 pm. All quotes shall be submitted by 25 April 2022, 10:00 am.
