All vendors who have previously submitted a quote will be notified of the change through email. All dates still hold firm and quotes are due by 25 Mar 2022, 10:00 am MST. The only page required in your response is an official quote and RFID labeling is not required. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: Brand Name or Equal: Liberator IV Single-Comm & Liberator V Dual-Comm Headsets **This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award** i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA487722QA150 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 30 Jan 2022, Defense Procurement Notice 20220228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726. iv. This is a total-small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 and the size standards in number of employees is 1,250. v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following at Brand Name or Equal: vi. CLIN 0001 - LIBERATOR IV, SINGLE-COMM or equal, 16 EA vii. CLIN 0002 - LIBERATOR V DUAL INTEGRATED MODULAR TACP or equal, 6 EA viii. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. ix. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. x. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
