This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 01 Jan 2022, Defense Procurement Notice 20220228, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 effective 26 July 2021. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 334210 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. *Please see attached SF 1449 Solicitation and provisions and clauses referenced for all applicable information. The government will place an order with the offeror whose offer meets lowest price and technical acceptability.
