The 355 Contracting Squadron has a requirement to replace the carpet and flooring in building 254 on Davis Monthan AFB. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to remove existing carpet and VCT flooring and install new carpet tiles and new Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in Building 254. A site visit is planned for 13 July 2022 at the building location at 10:00 AM. In order to attend, contractors shall provide a driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance to be issued a base pass. If you are new to the base, please fill out the new contractor badge document and return to SSgt Josh Lewis no later than 30 June 2022. Questions will be due 15 July and answers posted by 19 July. Quotes are due by 22 July 2022 by 10:00AM PST. See the attached documents for more information. UPDATE: Questions and Answers have been posted as well as the SF 30 updating Attachment 4 and the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The language and attachment regarding the mandatory carpet BPA has been removed as the BPA has expired. UPDATE: The mandatory BPA has been extended by 6 months and thus the combo has been amended to include the carpet vendors and ordering guide.
