COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: Wireless Headsets **Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government’s obligation under the resultant contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. ** **This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award prior to the end of the fiscal year.** i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-21-Q-U030 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective 12 Jul 2021, DFARS Change 7/9/2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 effective 26 Jul 2021. iv. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This is not a small business set-aside. v. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability to offer the listed parts. viii.
