COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: Data Center Virtualization **Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The Government’s obligation under the resultant contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.** **This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award prior to the end of the fiscal year.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-21-Q-U026 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective 10 Sep 2021, DFARS Change 8/30/2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2021-0726 effective 13 Sep 2021. This is a small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 with a small business size standard of $30,000,000.00 average annual revenue. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: “Product Description” CLIN 0001 – Data Center Virtualization in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement – QTY: 1 – Unit of Measure: EA Contractor shall include performance schedule information with their quote. All performance planning will be coordinated with the designated Government point of contact. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s provided plan for execution of services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement meeting the baseline criteria therein. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 23 September 2021, 4:30 pm. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) Answers will be provided by 24 September 2021, 4:30 pm. All quotes shall be submitted by 27 September 2021, 12:00 pm. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure all quotes and/or questions are submitted in a timely manner by specified due date.
