COMBINED SYNOPSIS/ SOLICIATION: Mobile Office Trailers & Generators i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii. Solicitation FA4877-21-Q-A307 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 effective 12 July 2021, DFARS Change 5/20/2021, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. iv. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 531120 with a small business size standard of $14M average annual revenue. v. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: a. CLIN 0001 – Mobile Office Trailers QTY: 3 EA (8'x40'), 9 EA (10'x25') b. CLIN 0002 – Generators QTY: 5 EA vi. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Contractor shall include delivery schedule information with their quote. All delivery must be prior to 27 July, and coordinated with the designated Government point of contact. vii. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s proposed plan for meeting the standards set forth in the Performance Works Statement. Incomplete quotes will not be considered. viii. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) “**This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award.** a. Questions are due by 15 July 2021, 2:00 pm. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) b. Answers will be provided by 16 July 2021, 2:00 pm. c. All quotes shall be submitted by 19 July 2021, 4:00 pm. ix. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ.
