COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: PHONE CENTER UPGRADE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-21-Q-A257 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 10 Mar 2021, DFARS Change 5/20/2021 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 Oct 2019. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334210 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: “Product Description” CLIN 0001 – Phone Center Upgrade in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement – QTY: 1 – Unit of Measure: EA Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Contractor shall include a projected performance schedule with their quote. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined performance objectives in the Performance Work Statement. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Site Visit Will be held on 15 July 2021, 10:30 am. We will meet at the DMAFB Visitor Center (Main Gate). Please email POCs no later than 14 July 2021, 4:00 pm if you will have a representative attending. Questions are due by 16 July 2021, 10:00 am. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) Answers will be provided by 19 July 2021, 10:00 am. All quotes shall be submitted by 20 July 2021, 10:00 am. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ.
