This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii.Solicitation FA487721QA163 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii.This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03 effective 10 March 2021 , Defense Procurement Notice 20210224, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019 iv.This government is soliciting under full and open competition. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561990. v.Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: “Product Description” a.CLIN: 0001 Amerex 150# Halon 6yr Maintenance UI: EA QTY: 283 vi.We will evaluate all responsive quotes, final selection will be based on lowest-priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability to perform Amerex 150# Halon 6yr Maintenance in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Service must be completed in one visit and finished no later than 31 May 2021. vii.Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time)a.Questions are due by 17 March 2021, 2:00 PM.
