This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4877-21-Q-0034, Fitness Center Equipment Maintenance shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021- 06; Effective 12 July 2021. This solicitation is being solicited as a small business set a side. NAICS Code 811310, with a small business size standard of $8M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. The contractor shall provide all tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and management necessary to support, maintain, and repair the Fitness Center Equipment in support of the 355th Force Support Squadron (355 FSS), on Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB), Arizona. The government intends to award an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract and requests quotes for all line items listed in the Attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (COMBOSOL - 21Q0034) and the attached PWS.
