The contractor will furnish all mounting parts, labor, tools, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, and plant necessary to replace the Wherry water meter (for housing) and any piping, gaskets and bolts to bring the Wherry meter up to code and in compliance with the Davis-Monthan Design Compatibility Guidelines, and in-accordance with Statement of Work dated 12 May 2020. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the anticipated magnitude of this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation IAW FAR 13.106-2 to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government based on price and past performance.
