This request for quote (RFQ IAW FAR Part 13) provides for the repair of Facility 3219 and 3218. Contractor will replace all the sprinkler heads in Fac 3219 and 3218 comply with NFPA 13 standards IAW with SOW dated 1 June 2020. The contractor will also repair and bring the fire risers up to code and in compliance with the Davis-Monthan AFB Design Compatibility Guidelines. This project is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the anticipated magnitude of this contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government plans to award a contract resulting from this solicitation IAW FAR 13.106-2 to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government based on price and past performance.
