Solicitation, provisions, and clauses are in accordance with: Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC 2020-04 Defense Circular: DPN 20190430 Air Force Acquisition Circular: AFAC 2019-1001 Set-aside: 100% small business under NAICS: 481219 – Other Nonscheduled Air Transportation; Size Standard: $16.5M The government intends to award a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an approximate ordering period of 1 June 2020 through 31 May 2025 to the successful offeror. The offer shall meet all term and conditions of this solicitation. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth may result in the offer being considered unresponsive and not available for award.
