COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: Advanced Free Fall Instructor Training 10 August – 23 August 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A295 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective 5 June 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20200324, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 23 April 2020. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 with a small business size standard of $12,000,000.00 average annual revenue. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: “Product Description” CLIN 0001 – Advanced Free Fall Instructor Training – QTY: 1 BD Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The Period of Performance for the Advanced Free Fall Instructor Training shall be 10 August – 23 August 2020. *See attached Performance Work Statement for further information. *See attached Provisions and Clauses. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined standards aforementioned in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the requested service.
