COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO’: Advanced Free Fall Instructor Training 25 July – 7 August 2020 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-20-Q-A282 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 effective 5 June 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20200324, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1007 effective 23 April 2020. This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611699 with a small business size standard of $12,000,000.00 average annual revenue. Davis-Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: “Product Description” CLIN 0001 – Advanced Free Fall Instructor Training – QTY: 1 EA The Period of Performance (PoP) is required to be 25 July 2020 – 7 August 2020. The government shall award to the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror’s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the service. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Questions are due by 24 June 2020, 2:00 PM. (NO questions will be considered after the questions due date.) Answers will be provided by 25 June 2020, 2:00 PM. All quotes shall be submitted by 26 June 2020, 2:00 PM.
